MedSync

What is MedSync?

Medication synchronization (MedSync) is when a pharmacist and patient work together to have all of the patients medications picked up at the pharmacy once a month (or 90 days). This allows pharmacists to have a better overview of the patient’s medication regimen to assist with compliance or alternative therapies.

It can also help patients avoid future medical costs. Pharmacists getting to know their patients and their medications is what we are all about and this is a great way to start those conversations. We look for refills that are due before your next fill. Benefits: reduce trips to the pharmacy, less time organizing medications and calling in refills, free service.
