Don’t forget to apply sunscreen before going outside, even if it is cloudy! The suns UV rays can still reach your skin even if there are clouds in the sky. Try to make sure your sunscreen is at least SPF 30 and broad-spectrum to protect your skin from both types of UV rays that the sun produces. Sunscreen can decrease your risk of getting skin cancers plus it can also help prevent early skin aging such as wrinkles, sagging, and age spots. No matter what, be sure to reapply every 2 hours!
